Pho Saigon 2 is a fantastic spot if you're craving authentic Vietnamese food in the Pocono Mountains. The dishes were incredibly flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with care using authentic recipes. We ordered the Special Beef Noodle Soup and the Pho, and both were outstanding. The broth was rich, aromatic, and packed with deep flavor, while the meats were tender and the ingredients were fresh. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine with delicious, satisfying dishes, I highly recommend Pho Saigon 2. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent pho place! The service was fast and friendly. The kind of place where they give you more napkins or cups without needing to ask. The pho was delicious and the portions for the large seemed perfect. Our 5 kids and 2 adults split 3 large phos and it was the perfect amount. The large shrimp pho came with about 10 large/jumbo shrimp + noodles, and the chicken pho came with 3 good size fillets + noodles (see photo). Each bowl also came with a generous portion of Bean sprouts, some Thai Basil, limes, and thinly sliced jalapenos on the side. Hoisin and sriracha sauce was on the table. The drinks are amazing too! We all thoroughly enjoyed them.

The restaurant is large and open and well lit. The place is also very clean. The staff is kind and fast. They may move faster from ordering to food preparation than any non-fast food restaurant I have ever seen. The food is fresh and the grilled meats are tasty on their own without the array of sauces they have (hoisin sauce and chili sauce are always at the table). My friend ordered the pho with grilled chicken. The bowl comes with vegetables and noodles, and bean sprouts and jalapeno and lime on the side. I had the Com Tam with grilled pork, shredded porkskin, fried egg, and their delicious egg loaf. It was a very satisfying meal. Bathrooms are clean but to get there, one has to walk through a bit of a blocked off storage area. The water is also cold. The wait staff is kind but impatient. I am looking forward to returning to try some other dishes.

As someone who has been to Vietnam several times this food is incredible!! I loved the grilled pork rice vermicelli particularly- 10/10. Grilled chicken on the side of my pho was a bit dry but marinade was good. Pho broth was lovely, can taste the charred spices. Great service! I do think the prices are high. Good portion sizes but I don't think a chicken pho should be $15.99.

Food: The food was amazing. The meat paired well with the broth and noodles and played a beautiful harmony of a dish. But I wouldnโt take a large portion if you arenโt planning to share. I also really recommend the BรN Bร HUแบพ, itโs spicy though so make sure you know what you are signing up for. The rice was a bit sweet, salty and with some lime it makes the golden combo. Nothing short of delicious. Service: The staff were very friendly and helped us and suggested tips of our food. Atmosphere: The bathrooms were clean and a really calm environment. Well decorated and comfortable.
